Hemophilic Arthropathy


Abstract
Hemophilia is a hereditary disease of blood which occurs in males and transmitted by female.
It was manifested with prolonged and repeated bleedings into the joints.
Repeated hemorrhage into the joints, Precipitated by the trauma of motions, weightbearing, or minor external violence, may be followed by incomplete absorption of blood and later by organization and proliferation of bone at the articular cartilage, overgrowth of the synovium, and proliferlation of bone at the articular cartilage edges may take place.
This paper described a case of hemophilia. A type in a managed 22 years old soldier was admitted with painful limitation of motions in the right knee.
Auther attempted to treated this patient by bed rest, local hot compression, transfusion of fresh blood and traction. We could be achieved clinical improvment.
